Russell Perrin
Deputy Director
Russell (Rusty) Perrin serves as the
Deputy Director of the Financial Management Division, Office
of Science (SC-1.21). He is responsible for formulation,
presentation, defense and execution of the Office of Science
budget.
Federal Career
He worked in the Budget Operations Division
of the Office of Budget, within the DOE Office of Chief
Financial Officer from 1988 through 2003, working as a budget
analyst and as a computer specialist. From 1998 through
2004, he served as the Director of the Budget Operations
Division. In 2003, he was selected by the Office of
Science as the Deputy Director of the Financial Management
Division, where he has served since.
Education
B.S. Computational Mathematics, Michigan
State University, 1988.
Mr. Perrin is married and has two
children. He resides in Frederick, Maryland.
