PACES

A PC-based parametric construction cost estimating system.  The software allows the user to input a minimum amount of information to create a cost estimate (the model has default quantities based on similar projects and experienced and architectural and engineering assumptions). U.S. Government employees may obtain a copy of the current military version of PACES by contacting Mr. Wes Hammond, Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency, at wesley.hammond@tyndall.af.mil and completing this registration form.

 

Remedial Action Cost Engineering and Requirements (RACER)

RACER is a Windows-based environmental remediation cost estimating system. U.S. DOE employees may obtain a copy of the current RACER by contacting Mr. Stu Millard at Stuart.Millard@tyndall.af.mil, Air Force, and completing this registration form.
