28.  RIGHTS TO APPLICATION DATA.

Except for data contained on pages ____________________, it is agreed that as a condition of award of this grant, and notwithstanding the conditions of any notice appearing thereon, the Government shall have unlimited rights (as defined in the “Rights in Data – SBIR/STTR Program” term contained in this grant) in and to the technical data contained in the application dated _____________, upon which this grant is based.
